WILLS & PROBATE

The vast majority of people never make a Will.

They may be put off by the perceived cost or simply do not consider it a priority. Due to the uncertainties of life the importance of making a Will really cannot be over emphasised.  We can assist our clients with all aspects of writing their Wills and advising on any tax implications.

We would also be pleased to discuss with you the merit of executing a Lasting Power of Attorney to ensure that your property and financial affairs can be properly administered in the event of loss of mental capacity following serious accident or illness.

In the event of bereavement we can speedily and sensitively assist in the winding up of the estate of your loved one and the distribution of the assets in accordance with the wishes expressed in the Will or the priority of entitlement set out in the Intestacy Rules if there is no Will.
