Unpaid bills can be a considerable drain on cash flow for any business. 
We have great experience of debt collecting, including taking proceedings against those who owe our clients money and then in the application of the relevant Court procedures to bring about the speedy and successful enforcement of any unsatisfied Judgement. 

We can also conduct most other forms of litigation on behalf of our clients in relation to property and other rights. Our initial objective would always be to see if any dispute was capable of settlement by negotiation and compromise, if necessary by means of formal Dispute Resolution, before advising clients that litigation through the courts was the only option open to them.
